1 Introduction

10 Suspension & Termination

• Suspected engagement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Repeated bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
• Discovery of underage account use or false age declaration
• Violation of the one-account-per-person policy
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months
• Regulatory requirement or court order

Upon account termination for cause, cow188 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where applicable and permitted by law, any funds derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Legitimate deposited funds remaining in a terminated account (i.e., funds not subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following completion of any required investigation.

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure
